Peter Botsaris established Botsaris Realty Group to continue a long tradition of excellence and expertise in retail leasing. For over twenty-five (25) years, Peter has been identified as a leading retail broker, serving the New York Metropolitan area. He was president of Garrick-Aug Associates Store Leasing, Inc., the city’s preeminent retail-focused real estate brokerage firm. During his career at Garrick-Aug, Peter consummated deals with nearly every major chain in America that populated New York City’s central business districts. Today, Peter routinely works with dominant retailers, including Lowe’s, Target, T.J. Maxx, Gap, Old Navy, CVS, H & M, Modell’s, Children’s Place, and Payless Shoes, among many others, as well as with most of the leading banks and restaurant chains. Peter has established himself as one of the most influential commercial real estate brokers in the outer borough markets. He has been responsible for as much of the retail landscape in the outer boroughs as any other broker.

Guy started at Garrick-Aug Associates in 1985. Guy quickly became a partner, and pioneered the investment sales department at Garrick-Aug. He was involved in the acquisition or sale of over 30 shopping centers nationwide as well as retail condominium sales, master lease transactions and net lease properties in all totalling over $1 billion.

In 2000, Guy joined DLC Management as Senior Vice President, Acquisitions & Marketing and as a Senior Broker with their Brokerage subsidiary. As a member of the executive team, Guy was responsible for expanding the firm’s acquisition and disposition activities and broadening DLC’s relationships with independent property owners and investment sales brokers He remains a principal and partner in over 45 DLC shopping centers in 25 states.

In 2009, Guy Morris joined Peter Botsaris as a partner in Botsaris Morris Realty. The expanded company, Botsaris Morris Realty Group has added new and extended capabilities to the leasing assignments and scope of the firm.
